Rates

Our rates are determined by the hour, per day, a lump sum, or a combination of the three; depending on the services provided. We provide detailed, accurate accounting of our time (in 15-minute increments) and there are no surprises. We offer a free 1/2 hour initial consultation to get acquainted and discuss the project. From there, we prepare an action plan and get started! 

Interior Design and Decorating Services

Our hourly rate for design and decorating services is $60, our hourly rate for shopping and material pick-up etc. is $45.   Our project management services are negotiable, depending on the scope of work. 

Interior Redesign — One-Day Room Makeover Packages

We provide a half-day makeover package (3–4 hours) for $200 and a full-day package (7–8 hours) for $350. A full-day redesign is recommended and allows us to complete several rooms.

Home Staging Package

Our home staging package is $250. We provide a systematic assessment of the property and a written report of our staging recommendations. Additional hours for hands-on staging can be bid by the job, or at an hourly rate of $60.

Organizing Services

Our organizing rates can also be bid by the project, or at $50 per hour. For those who prefer to do it themselves, we can also create a personalized action plan. Small project plans are $80 and large project plans are $120.
